Lexy gave Savannah some of her old toys - so sweet! - including a couple doodle boards. It didn't take long for Savannah to figure out how they work and now she plays with them all the time. She has two so we have one downstairs in the family room and the other upstairs in the playroom. She has even been multitasking - drawing and reading at the same time!
We also tried finger painting again. Savvy finished eating before us and was getting antsy so I put condiments on her tray to "paint" with. She if course ate some of them but with a little (OK a lot) of me running my fingers through them all over the tray she did mimic a bit. Either way she made it through our dinner with no more fuss so I count it as a win!
