Clean Butt

Tonight during her bath Savvy leaned forward and clearly stated "clean Butt" while wiping cream on her butt. Followed of course by "Rinse Butt" lol

Puzzle Craze

Savannah can put her puzzles back together very quickly now a days, I’ve been wondering if we should get her some harder ones – she’s doing the chunky ones. When I went to get her and Tyler for breakfast I realized she was dumping all the pieces out of her puzzles and lining them up in the Family Room.

 

I’ll admit I was cringing at the cleanup due to the number of pieces but then she put them all back together – and quickly! I guess the pieces all mixed up can’t even slow her down.

Of course, she then needed a Tyler cuddle break..

Early Nap Day

Tyler sleeps in his crib or swing pretty much all of the time (once in a while the playpen but never for long there - I use it when he naps late in the day to make sure why doesn't totally zonk out).

So today when he zonked out on my chest I took advantage. Thankfully I started working at 5 am and Marc is home so I have some time I can relax with him!

We All Scream for Ice Cream!

One of today's projects was making ice cream for Savvy. No, not real ice cream - paper ice cream! It's actually much bigger than I thought it would be and I'm so excited for her to see it tomorrow. I got it all cut out (by hand!) while she was napping but didn't get them glued together until after bedtime.

I have a few Popsicles left to make for the set by they can wait. And even found a fruit set to make so she has more for her kitchen!

New Years Eve

We spent New Year’s Eve with Amy, Jon, Ella and a few other friends. Tyler and Louie the cat bonded instantly..

Believe it or not, Savannah made it to midnight! Her and Ella clinked their glasses of champagne – Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider.

Oh, Sophie!

One of Tyler’s Christmas presents was Sophie the Giraffe and he loves her! He hasn’t figured out how to make her squeak yet but he gnaws on her like candy and loves when we make her dance in front of him.
